The month of Tishrei is dedicated to the process of Teshuvah. It begins with Rosh HaShanah that awakens us to the core of our soul, continues with the hard work of Yom Kippur to repair our mistakes and negative habits, and concludes with the festival of Sukkot during which we actualize our improved selves in the world. In the month of Elul we prepare ourselves for this holy work. In this Elul Workshop we will learn one of the deeply insightful approaches of the Ba'al Shem Tov to the work of Teshuvah, and apply it through a traditional kabbalistic meditation, to prepare ourselves for the spiritual process of the approaching New Year.
