Learning to Learn Application to be an LTL Fellow

Our goal at Learning to Learn is to develop your passion for learning long-term. We hope that you will engage with us and become a Learning to Learn Fellow--a student who can engage in the independent learning process that we offer.

Our core principles are simple and direct. If a student learns how to learn about what they love, everything else will follow. Therefore the overall purpose of your LTL passion project is for you to learn how to learn about what you love. The program’s goal is to help make that magic happen for the student.

LTL is a new kind of program in which you, with the help of mentors picked by you, you define what is to be learned, why it is to be learned, how it is to be learned, and how it is to be evaluated. LTL does not offer a curriculum. It offers you the chance to make meaning for your education with a learning project that you design and develop in partnership with LTL.

The first step in the process is to fill out this short application. LTL will review your application and reply to you within several days with next steps. We'll either ask for clarification via email or we'll set up a video call with you to discuss your project. Our intent is to make sure that you have a project that you care about and that is designed to support your learning in the time frame you have selected.
