Nominations are called for:
PRESIDENT
VICE PRESIDENT
SECRETARY
TREASURER
COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Ideally our Committee would represent a wide range of those involved in teaching English in the ACT, that is:
Schools sector: Preschool, Primary & High School/College
Adult sector: CIT (SEE, E&S), Navitas (AMEP), other
International students: ELICOS/UCELI/ANU College/ELC@CIT/Private colleges
Teacher Trainers or other Academics
Tertiary students of TESL/TESOL

Committee members may take on a range of roles on the committee depending on individual skills, experience and interest.

RULES OF NOMINATION:
> Nominators, seconders and nominees MUST BE MEMBERS OF ATESOL ACT. (You can nominate yourself, but you will need a seconder.)
> You must add your name and that of a seconder to your nomination.
> The nominated person must consent to their nomination. It’s strongly advised that you check beforehand with anyone you’re nominating to ensure that he/she will accept this nomination. Please ask him/her to send an acceptance email to the Secretary@atesolact.org.au (with a Cc to you).

NOMINATIONS:

You can nominate just one person for one role, or many people for many roles.

ALL NOMINATIONS: Areas of interest/expertise that the nominated person can contribute (eg. website maintenance, venue liaison, presenter liaison, ACTA councillor, social media moderator, advocacy to government, university liaison, newsletter publishing, TQI delegate, membership recruitment, etc) *
