2025 Podfest Volunteer Form

Thank You for your interest in volunteering at Podfest Expo, January 16-19, 2025! The event starts Thursday the 16th, and we will need a few volunteers on Wednesday the 15th. Please fill out this questionnaire with your availability for the event so that we can properly place you in the right role.

Completing this form IS NOT a commitment from you to volunteer; and it DOES NOT guarantee a volunteer position. It is merely to let us know that you are interested in helping out!

Within a week or so of completing this form, you will get an acknowledgment email letting you know we received your info.

About 6 weeks prior to Podfest, we will begin to put together the volunteer schedule. We will have a Volunteer Town Hall with all potential volunteers to discuss our needs and expectations.

We have a variety of roles available. Which of the following best interests you and reflects your abilities and skillset. Preferences will be taken into consideration but not guaranteed. Check all that apply. *

Registration: handing out badges, giving directions, customer service

VIP Lounge Attendant: managing F&B, customer service of VIPs, room monitoring that only VIPs are in room,

Directional/Information Staff: Human arrows, customer service

Room Assistant: comfortable managing smaller breakout rooms, ensuring the AV is going ok (along with AV tech), managing show flow, contacting speakers if they are missing, etc

Exposition Hall Assistant: customer service for vendors
