Music education for children or adults is an investment towards a lifetime of musical enjoyment and artistic development. The student commits time and money and our teachers dedicate their time and professional skills. The following policies will assure continuity of study and respect for teacher and student.
TUITION POLICYTuition is to be paid monthly at the first lesson of each month. Acceptable payment methods are cash (recommended), PayPal (
katiecimorelliburzynski@gmail.com), Venmo (@KatieBurzynski813), or check (payable to Katie Burzynski.) If paying by cash or check (payable to Katie Burzynski), please submit payment in an envelope to your teacher at the first lesson of the month.
Vocal students -- Fee for sheet music requests
Instrumental students -- Fee for method books
CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations require 6 hours' notice before the scheduled lesson time. If you need to cancel your lesson, your teacher will try to work out a make-up date for your lesson. If a make-up date cannot be arranged, you will be credited 1 lesson for the following months tuition. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to compensate the educator's time. If a student misses 3 consecutive scheduled lessons without proper notice or making arrangements with the instructor, the lesson spot will be forfeited.
