o Should your child not attend for 2 or more consecutive weeks without prior notification, Encore CSC has the right to offer the existing place to a prospective pupil on the waiting list. Any fees paid in advance of this WILL NOT be refunded.
o Pupils must learn songs from memory for performances.
o There is no audition needed to join Encore CSC, however an ability to sing in tune is required. Enthusiasm, however, is essential!
o Lorraine and the staff of Encore CSC will not be responsible for any lost property. It is also inadvisable to wear or bring to sessions any expensive items of clothing or accessories in case they are left behind.
o Parents are not permitted to watch classes weekly. Late arrivals will enter quietly so as not to disturb the class.
o Parents/Guardians - you give permission for your child/ward to be left by you at Encore CSC, in the sole care of the teachers at Encore CSC.
o A copy of the Theatre Sense Privacy Policy is available on request.
o Age classifications may be varied at the teacher's discretion. In all cases the Principal's decision is final.
o If a parent or teacher has concerns about a pupil’s progress, he or she may, at any time ask for a meeting to discuss the relevant issues.
o Photography and video footage may be required for advertising, website/media updates etc and performance reviews. Please see the application form for details. This also covers end of term shows where parents/professional photographer/videographer may be present.
