Musical Havdalah and Game Night!

Join the Global Jewish Pen Pal Program to start the new week together with Jewish friends from all around the world. This event will include a musical havdalah featuring Cantor Bryce Megdal, and a game night, where attendees will participate in fun, casual games to get to know other attendees!

*Please note. So as to accommodate the fact that our attendees will be from all over the world, where Shabbat ends at different times, this event is taking place on a Sunday. According to Jewish law, havdalah can still be done until sunset of Tuesday evening each week. The first three days of every week are considered to be in the shadow of the previous Shabbat — as opposed to the last three, which are considered preparatory days for the following Shabbat.*

When: Sunday, January 23, 2022, 1:00 pm EST, 6:00 pm BST, 7:00 pm CET (All time zones welcome; reach out to us with questions about what time the event will be taking place where you live). The event will last around 1.5 hours.

Where: Zoom (We will send out the Zoom link a few days before the event)

Who: Participants in the Global Jewish Pen Pal Program and friends! All ages and locations around the world are welcome!
