If in person, each Athlete must have a Valid Medical Form, Covid-19 Code of Conduct, and Athlete Consent with Special Olympics Illinois.
If Virtual, each Athlete must have a Virtual Waiver on file with Special Olympics Illinois
Each Unified Partner must have a valid Unified Partner Class A and Communicable Disease and Code of Conduct Waiver on file with Special Olympics Illinois
A 1 to 1 ratio of Athletes to Partners on your roster
