Cards for Hospitalized Kids

Decorate up to 4 cards that will be sent to a local Children's Hospital to brighten someone's day. Complete the application below to receive project guidelines and set up an appointment to receive your community service kit. Each kit contains 4 cards, 4 envelopes, and an assortment of stickers. Earn a ½ hour for each card made. You may complete a total of 4 cards to earn up to two hours of community service per month.

Certificates acknowledging any credits earned will be emailed as a PDF document to the email address on file. Please allow up to one week after you hand in your project to receive a community service certificate.
