Dear parents,

As your ward completes Middle School and enters Senior School, she/he has to study five subjects in class IX and X.  These are as follows: -
a)   English                                             b)       Hindi / Sanskrit / French  
c)    Mathematics                                     d)   Science
e)    Social Science

English is the first language and is compulsory for all students. For the second language to be studied in Classes IX & X, each student has to opt for ONE language out of the three choices given above.
Students who have studied Sanskrit upto class VIII are eligible to opt for either Sanskrit or Hindi. Similarly,  students who studied French , have a choice between French and Hindi.  Students who have studied Mandarin will HAVE to opt for Hindi, since Mandarin is not offered by CBSE at class IX level.

PLEASE BE VERY SURE OF THE LANGUAGE YOUR WARD WOULD LIKE TO STUDY AS NO CHANGE OF SUBJECT WILL BE POSSIBLE AT A LATER DATE.  THE SECTIONS IN CLASS IX WILL BE ALLOTTED ACCORDING TO THE STUDENTS’ PREFERENCE OF SECOND LANGUAGE.

You are requested to fill the Google form  stating your ward’s preference for the second language.
The last date to submit the form is Monday 08 March 2021 by 06:00 pm. No Google form will be accepted after the given time and date.
