2019 Kuala Lumpur Tap Festival Registration Form
The KL Tap Festival 2019 is a 4-day event packed with the best tap-themed offerings. The classes arranged have been carefully curated for dancers aged 7 and above, and are suitable for dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced levels. We also have a special Swing Kids Residency for those looking to learn the special piece from the Swing Kids movie and showcase the piece at the Tap Showcase at the end of the Festival.

Please note:
We will be messaging you personally via Whatsapp or email to confirm your registration. Please note that although we have reserved a space for you upon submission of this form, your participation is not confirmed until full payment is made.

Upon submission of your registration form, any changes in your individual class schedule (including name and spelling)  will be subjected to ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES. Therefore, we highly recommend that you read the schedule and level of each class prior to hitting the submit button.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Parents and Teachers are STRICTLY prohibited from entering the class and recording the class unless allowed by the instructor. Each class is subject to RM 80 observation fee and prior payment must be made before observation of each class. Observers and participants are NOT allowed to take photos or record videos during the class. Participants are required to follow basic class etiquette and should NOT disrupt the class or misbehave.

Any person(s) found to have broken these "workshop etiquette" will be asked to leave the class/premise immediately.
