This form is designed to collect information from individuals who would like to volunteer throughout the planning stage, and the day of the Franklin Fair fundraising event, hosted by the Franklin County Arts Council. Depending on the number of volunteers that sign up, we would like to have each person volunteer at least two hours per week leading up to the event, and the day of the event for either half day or full day shifts.
Volunteer responsibilities include:
-Generating social media content to advertise
-Speaking to local business owners to collect donations and sponsorships
-Preparing craft materials for the day of the event
-Answering questions from the public leading up to and during the event
-Staffing our craft tables and/or the Arts Council booth day of
-Other tasks as needed
Volunteer Perks:
-Real world event planning and art programming experience
-Letter of recommendation from the Executive Director (if desired)
-Meal ticket the day of the event
-A free T-shirt!
