Brooklyn Clinic - Volunteer Sign Up Form 
Please fill out this form to sign up as a volunteer at our upcoming monthly legal clinics for Kings 2023 (the 2nd Saturday bi-monthly, unless stated otherwise) :

Remote volunteer is available for immigration attorneys. 

Orientation and lunch will be served to all volunteers at 12pm. The clinic session starts at 12:30pm.

I agree to serve as a volunteer on behalf of the Asian
American Bar Association of New York ("AABANY"). I
agree that I will notify AABANY in real time as I volunteer
if I have a supervision need, can no longer assist an
assigned client, or experience a problem with a client.
I also agree that I will immediately inform AABANY if I
learn of a conflict of interest with a client, or have reason
to suspect a complaint or claim may be made against me
for the volunteer work that I perform on behalf of AABANY.

As an AABANY volunteer in any capacity (e.g. a lawyer,
an interpreter, etc.), I understand and agree to be bound
by NYS Rules of Professional Conduct, including the Rule
of Confidentiality (Rule 1.6).

LAWYERS ONLY: As a volunteer lawyer, I attest that I am
a member of the NYS Bar. I agree to inform AABANY if
there is an outstanding complaint or claim or have a
reasonable basis to believe that one may be made against
me as a member of the Bar.
