2022 - 2023 National Honor Society Application
Before beginning the application, please take a few minutes and read this short article (https://www.nhs.us/students/membership/everyday-pillars-of-nhs/) to help you see a clear picture of National Honor Society, its purpose and what it means if you are selected. See Mrs. Cook with questions. 

Please complete all of the following items by Friday, October 14 @ 4:00 pm in order to be considered for the Luverne National Honor Society. All questions are required. Please follow up with Mrs. Cook to assure that your application has be successfully submitted.

***If you are selected to be a member of the Luverne National Honor Society you will be notified by mail approximately by October 24. If you are selected, induction will be Monday, November 14. Mrs. Cook will meet with new members to discuss details.***
