CTRA Horse Summer Camp Registration 2024

CTRA  has 3 week-long camps :

Camp #1 July 22-24-Age 6 to 8 
Camp #2  Aug 12-16 - Age 9 to 11
Camp #3  Aug 19-23 - Age 12 and up

Each camp will run Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Campers are required to bring a packed lunch. 

Participant cost: $650 per week


Payment & Cancellation Policies:

Registration will be confirmed by email after forms are submitted AND payment is received (directly or confirmed via 3rd party agency)

Payment options:
-E-transfer to payment@ctra.ca
-Cheque made payable to Cowichan Therapeutic Riding Association
-Cash, Debit or Credit paid at the CTRA office

· Cancellation before 30 days of camp start date may receive a full refund.

· Cancellation within 30 days of camp start will receive 50% refund unless there is a waiting list and the spot can be filled.

· If the camp does not fulfill its minimum required capacity, CTRA reserves the right to cancel the camp and refund client fees in full.
