Use this application to share with UploadVR high-level information about an upcoming VR, AR, or mixed reality project that you'd like to see included in an upcoming Showcase produced by UploadVR premiering at a mutually agreed embargo time.

We are looking for originality, oddity, interest and impact, and aim to produce Showcases that mix unusual small scale works from single creators with large-scale projects from well-known teams. Not all projects are a good fit for a specific Showcase, but we want to cast our net wide to provide our audience a wide view of what's fun and interesting in VR, and we're open to future resubmissions.

DEADLINES & CHANGES:

If you are submitting your application AFTER the application deadline of May 19th, 2024 your project will not be considered at all. If you make changes to your video AFTER June 5th there is no guarantee your project will make it into the Showcase at all.

Do you acknowledge that these are firm deadlines and that you may need to submit again for the next event if either of these are missed?

Yes, I understand that if my application is submitted after May 19th that it will not be considered and that if I submit my video after June 5th that it will not be included in UVRSS24.
