All Home & Community Based Service Providers (ACF Providers) are required to conduct a Person-Centered Training for all staff. Most providers have to conduct this training prior to August 13, 2021. Nicole Schiavone, RN & Owner of A Wildflower Assisted Living, in conjunction with CEU, would like to provide this training on August 12, 2021 at 10 am via Zoom. Nicole has worked diligently over the last few years to transition her homes to Person Centered Principles.
