You will be able to mentor undergraduate students on proposal writing.

Unfortunately, we are not able to compensate for mentors' time. For now, this is a volunteer-activity, but incredibly rewarding and fun! Groups are very passionate about learning and absorbing information from mentors as much as possible!

Students may email or request about a 30 minute in-person meaning about their proposals between Sept 18-Nov 4 (They should not be taking more than 1-2 hours of your time a week). After that, proposals are sent through review panels and most of the time - mentoring for the program is over, unless you are a mentor of the winning team, where you may be required for a few additional emails of proposal refinement and analysis questions in the Spring of 2020.
