In this form you will request printing of worksheets for Classes Nursery up to Junior 5 for the week Monday 07DEC2020 until Friday 11DEC2020

In order to get the printing done in time, this form will close at midnight on Friday 04DEC2020. NO requests will be take after that.

You will hopefully be able to pick these up at between 1:30 pm until 5:00 pm on Monday 07DEC. Details will follow about EXACT pickup times.

Some classes do NOT need worksheets printed so even though you request them, they will NOT be printed as the teachers say they do not need worksheets for next week.
