Tell us a bit more about your expectations of DEI Open Day

I am interested to know more about the following forms of collaboration with DEI:

PhD Projects - DoRPE - “Doctoral Research Projects at FEUP with Enterprises” - An opportunity to start a research project with FEUP, involving a PhD candidate and adequate funding.

Master's Projects - The development of Master's Dissertations in a business environment is a great opportunity for companies and students. A full-time master's student is able to solve real problems and create innovative solutions during an academic year with benefits for both parties.

Chairs - Can be assigned to a Researcher / Research Group / Department, and may involve PhD and Master students.

Patronage (study rooms and laboratories) - Sponsorship of study rooms for students and laboratories and research, with associated advantages such as the great impact in terms of contact with students through exposure and contact with the company's brand, possibility of promoting the company and its events such as thematic workshops, and the possibility to reproduce the environment / conditions of the FEUP.DEI company.

Sponsorship of the Equal Opportunities Program in Computer Engineering - PIONEI Gender, PIONEI Social and PIONEI Geographic.

LGP Project Management Laboratory - Live laboratory where students from different courses develop and practice project management and business skills. Companies are invited to propose projects that they would like to subcontract, students develop and sell products to their "customers".

Scholarships - In the area of social responsibility, companies have an opportunity to invest in our students and their training through the payment of tuition fees (in whole or in part).
