Your application will be reviewed prior to your interview. Internship offers are made via phone or via email at a date determined by The BrandLab High School Program Manager.

Your candidacy will be reviewed on the following criteria:
1. Participation and performance in The BrandLab Spark workshop (if applicable)
2. Answers provided on this application
3. One reference form and their recommendations (please send your reference the link provided)
4. Response and presentation during the interview
5. Grade in school (Eligible candidates must have completed their Junior year of high school by June 1, 2022.)
6. Ethnic and Socioeconomic background. The mission of The BrandLab is to change the face and voice of marketing. As such, we seek candidates with an ethnic and/or socioeconomic background currently under-represented in the industry.
