[Registration Form] Patnubay NSTP: Orientation for NSTP Coordinators, Instructors, & Support Staff

Good day!

With the new NSTP Implementing Rules & Regulations and in preparation for the next Academic Year 2022-2023, the "Patnubay NSTP" Orientation will be on July 11, 2021 (Monday), 9 AM - 11 AM via Zoom. This orientation is open to all NSTP Coordinators, Instructors, and Support Staff especially new NSTP personnel.

All participants are required to register through this form. The Zoom Login details will be sent to your email address prior to the orientation.

Certificates will be issued after the orientation.

Your information will only be processed by the NSTP Diliman Team and rest assured that all answers will be kept confidential in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
