Beach Club Easter Holidays 2024
Booking and consent form for Easter Holidays Beach Club @ Paignton Beach. Please complete 1 form per child.

Our popular Beach Club sessions are back this Easter. These sessions are funded by Torbay Council through the Holiday Activities Fund and are free for children and young people who receive means tested free school meals or are home educated. If you do not automatically qualify for a free space there are the option of both paid and bursary spaces. 

What? Beach based activities that make the most of the sand, sea, rock pools and our local coastline. For each session every Beach Club attendee gets the hire of a surfboard, paddle board, bodyboard or kayak when conditions and programme allow - this can be used either as part of the Beach Club session or used another time at your convenience.*

Where? Paignton Beach.**

Why? Lots of fun in a beach setting where adults can choose to join their children or leave them with a wonderful team. Includes packed lunch or hot food takeaway... including Fish and Chips Friday. 

0900-1300 - Morning session

1400-1800 - Afternoon session


* For those who are 13 and younger an adult must be present to access the water sports hire

I understand that if my child is to use watercraft or other water sports equipment at the Love Sports Beach Club sessions (operating as part of Love Enterprise Group CIC) that I am taking out such equipment as a 'hire' as per conditions in hire agreement form. Myself or an alternative, designated adult must remain on site for the entire time my child is in the water. I also recognise that I accept full responsibility for my child at all times that they are using any hired equipment. I understand that my child is not receiving a 'lesson' or 'instruction' from the Beach Club Team who are present to administer hires, give safety briefs, give an excellent customer experience and perform rescues or first aid as necessary.

If you are not entitled to free school meals but would like to book a space, it is £10 to attend beach club, or £15 to attend with a meal included. There are bursaries available if you do not qualify for a free space but would like support with cost. *

I understand, for the data captured on this form to be stored as a hard copy with an electronic copy on a secure cloud storage system that can be accessed and utilised when necessary by coaches, other volunteers and team members in the case of an emergency or for updating, marketing and informing on matters relating to LOVE ENTERPRISE GROUP C.I.C and promoting events of interest by it’s partners.
