Foliage Request Form
This form is used to request plant materials and foliage from the Lyon Arboretum Collection for events or similar purposes (i.e. flowers for graduation, decoration, ikebana arrangements, etc.)

Submission of this form does not guarantee Lyon can fulfill your request. A Lyon staff person will contact you shortly after receiving your request. 

PLEASE PROVIDE 1-2 WEEKS NOTICE IN ADVANCE FOR FOLIAGE REQUESTS.

Please complete the form to provide detailed information about the following:
  1. Quantity 
  2. Type of plant material you are requesting
  3. Date materials are needed
 We will do our best to accommodate your specific needs based on the productivity of our living collection.

As a small, community-based organization, it is our pleasure to accommodate these requests whenever we can, and we ask that people requesting materials give a material donation or a donation of time (in volunteer work) to support our mission and keep our collection thriving. These donations go directly to our Grounds and Collections Department and allow us to continue to provide services to the community. 

A fee may be assessed, depending on the materials and labor involved.

For expedited services, we will charge a $100 fee. There may be additional fees for materials and labor.
