Library card request
Oldham County Library cards are free for residents of Oldham County, those who work within Oldham County, and for residents of Henry, Shelby, Trimble, and Carroll Counties. If you are a Jefferson County resident, there is a $24 a year family fee.

The Library is open for in-person services! This form is a convenience if you can't make it into one of the three Oldham County Public Library locations, but you are always welcome to sign up for a card when you visit.

If you have a library card with that needs to be renewed,  you may do so by coming in or calling 502-222-9713.

Please note, it may take a few days for staff to process your request and to receive confirmation of your new library account. Also note, that this card will be a temporary one- it will be good for 6 months, during which time you will need to come into one of the branches to show ID and proof of address.
