Symposium--Guns Everywhere: Individual Rights & Communal Harms after NYSRPA v. Bruen
UCLA Law's Criminal Justice Law Review, Criminal Justice Program, and The Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence are excited to present the 2022 Symposium on October 20-21, 2022.

Earlier this year, the Supreme Court issued its 6-3 decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen striking down New York’s century-old public carry licensing law and announcing a radical new framework for evaluating Second Amendment challenges. This Symposium will bring together scholars, practitioners, and community advocates to discuss the implications of Bruen on constitutional law, racial and economic justice, public health and safety, and more.

Please select only the events that you plan on attending.
