2023-2024 Please complete and submit this form if you are a current full time SCVS student and are requesting an Official or Unofficial Transcript.

 Please allow 48 Hours for processing and then pick up the transcripts from our office located at 450 Technology Park, Lake Mary, FL 32746. Pick up times are 8:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

 You will NOT receive a confirmation email. If you would like to confirm that your request has been processed, please email seminolevirtual@scps.k12.fl.us.
