1250 U St — Community Benefits List
Thank you for your recommendations and feedback over the last four months. The ANC and the developer are appreciative of the community input that has been received about the PUD (Planned Unit Development) project at 1250 U Street. Below you will find the benefits to rank and one response per person will be accepted below and this survey will close on November 17th at 6:00pm ET.

Other benefits that are already included in the PUD application from the developer, Eastbanc:
  • Superior Urban Design and Architecture

  • Superior Landscaping, or Creation or Preservation of Open Spaces

  • Site Planning and Efficient and Economical Land Utilization

  • Commemorative Works or Public Art

  • Historic Preservation of Private or Public Structures, Places, or Parks

  • Housing

    • The project will provide more housing than what would be allowed in a by-right project

  • Affordable Housing

    • The project will provide more affordable housing than what would be required in a by-right project

  • Employment and Training Opportunities

  • Environmental and Sustainable Benefits

  • Streetscape Improvements

  • Transportation Infrastructure Beyond that needed to Mitigate any Potential Adverse Impacts

  • Mass Transit Improvements
