This application form is for one of the open roster spots for The Color of Ultimate: LA Throwback. You'd be applying to play with a Color of Ultimate team at LA Throwback (January 18-19) for the entire weekend. All players who identify as People of Color are encouraged to apply.

The application will be open for the entire month of October. However, we will start inviting players on a rolling basis starting on October 18th. This means that you have two weeks to submit an application before the first wave of applicants are invited. You will hear from us no later than November 1st.

The goal of the Color of Ultimate is to bring awareness about the socioeconomic and racial inequity of the sport of ultimate, showcase the talent of players of color in the sport, and expose our sport to those outside of our community while encouraging more People of Color to play ultimate.

The goal of the LA Throwback partnership is to bring the success of the Color of Ultimate initiative to the Southwest United States and the beach ultimate scene, and to further advance the missions of both Project Diversity and the LA Throwback Foundation. Therefore, players who live in California, Arizona, and Nevada will be prioritized throughout this application process.
