Registration for the 2024-25 Kindness Corps program is open!

All educators delivering the Kindness Corps lessons in 2024-25 must register their own students, sign the program agreement, and fill out the beginning-of-year logistics form. This educator will be our single point of contact for that group students. This is a change from how we did it in previous years. We understand this places a little more work on each educator, but this will allow us to improve our communication and supply packing and allow for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Seeds of Caring receives grant funding to provide this program for free to schools who are part of the Title I School-Wide Funding Program. For schools who are not part of the Title I School-Wide Funding Program we require a fee of $20 per student to cover supply and training costs associated with the program. At Seeds of Caring, we believe all children have the power to make our community a kinder, more connected place to live. Our Kindness Corps program brings hands-on service projects to your 2nd through 4th grade students to learn about and take action on various community needs. Each lesson is aligned with State of Ohio social-emotional learning standards and with CASEL competencies for social-emotional learning.

To confirm Title I schoolwide status, go to https://oese.ed.gov/ppe/ohio/ and type in your school district name. Locate your school name and under the "title I status" column it needs to say "Title I Schoolwide School".
