After you completed the initial registration for your student starting Kindergarten next year, there have been two new addendums added to registration as a result of the 2024 Legislative Session.

In compliance with HB517, Murray District offers Full Day Kindergarten options as well as Half Day Kindergarten. Half Day Kindergarten students will receive the minimum standards for state board requirements.

I want my student to be enrolled in full day Kindergarten (8:40-3:15 pm-Wed out at 1:15 pm)

I want my student to be enrolled in half day Kindergarten (8:40 am-11:40 am)

Murray City School District wants to support your child in reaching all of their developmental milestones. HB 331, beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, requires a student to be toilet trained before being enrolled in Kindergarten.

As part of our support to your family, our social workers will provide resources to your family to help you at home get them toilet trained. We also will ensure that your child will be reintegrated seamlessly when they do become toilet trained.
