TAC Summer Camp 2020 Refund Request

We are finalizing our TAC at Home Summer Camp plans and are pulling all of our staff resources to complete this process. Because of this, we are putting a pause on processing refunds. Refund requests will be gathered here and the process will resume on June 10th in the order they were received. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.

Textile Arts Center Summer Camp at Home has a start date of July 20th. ALL Refunds for camp must be submitted by June 20th to be eligible for full credit or refund. As we are a community supported small business we are truly grateful for your patronage.

Our refund policy is the same as in previous Summers:

The cost of camp includes a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking. Should you make any changes to your registration you will be charged an additional $25 administrative fee. 1 month cancellation notice is required for full refund or credit; less than one month is 75% refund or credit; less than one week there will be no refund or credit.

Your Summer Camp registration will automatically transfer to TAC Summer Camping at Home. 1 week=Tier 1, 2 weeks=Tier 2, 3 weeks=Tier 3. Tier 1 will include 1 project kit and a six-week subscription to TAC at Home Summer Camp events. Tier 2 Add-On will include 2 different project kits. Tier 3 Add-On will include 3 different project kits.

I registered for 3 weeks of camp and wish to stay registered for Tier 3. I would like to have the 50% refund for week 2 and 3 that I am entitled to.

I registered for 3 weeks of camp and wish to stay registered for Tier 1 and 2 only. I would like to have a full refund on week 3 and the 50% refund for week 2 that I am entitled to.

I registered for 3 weeks of camp and wish to stay registered for Tier 1 only. I would like to have a full refund on the 2nd and 3rd week of camp

I registered for 2 weeks of camp and wish to stay registered for Tier 2. I would like to have the 50% refund for week 2 that I am entitled to.

I registered for 2 weeks of camp and wish to stay registered for Tier 1 only. I would like to have a full refund on the 2nd week of camp.

I registered for 1 week of camp and do not wish to participate in TAC Summer Camp at Home at this time.
