  • Live Sessions: Live sessions will be conducted on Google Meet on specified dates and times.
  • Recording and Replay: The instructor will record the session but the participants are not allowed to record the session.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: Payment for the course must be made in full before the start date.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the class is over. Refund will be provided only if requested 6 hours before the scheduled class timing.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright: All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Xenon Circuits.
  • Use Restrictions: You may not share, distribute, or sell any course materials without explicit permission.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your participation in the course, including technical difficulties with Google Meet.
