RCNPの計算機・ネットワークシステムは、学際領域を含む広義の核物理の実験的および理論的研究を行なっている研究者と、RCNPに所属する人が利用できます。利用資格を有する者は、次の者とします。
　1．RCNPに所属する職員 (非常勤を含む)、大学院生および研究生
　2．RCNPの共同利用をしている者
　3．RCNP が受入れた短期滞在研究者
　4．センター長が共同利用をしている者に準ずると特に認めた者

計算機・ネットワークシステムの利用目的は以下の通りです。
　1．上記研究を行なうための利用
　2．RCNPの業務のための利用
　3．センター長が特に認めた利用

RCNPの計算機・ネットワークシステムを利用するにあたり、上記の目的のためだけに利用し他の目的に利用しない事に同意して頂きます。また日本国が締結している条約、日本国の法律、政令等、大阪府と茨木市の条例，大阪大学とRCNPが定めている規程を遵守して利用する事に同意して頂きます。利用者は、所属、身分、連絡先等の情報を正確に登録し、これらに変更があった場合は速やかに更新する事に同意していただきます。また、利用申請において登録された利用者のメールアドレスは、RCNPの計算機・ネットワークシステムに関連する案内を送付するためのメーリングリスト（ml-cn-users@rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp）に登録され、RCNPの計算機・ネットワークシステムアカウントを保持する間必ず受信されることに同意していただきます。これらの条件が満たされていないと管理者が判断した場合や、セキュリティ上の必要が生じた場合には、予告なく計算機・ネットワークシステムの利用を停止する場合があります。
以上の利用条件に同意して頂けない場合、計算機・ネットワークシステムの利用はできません。計算機・ネットワークシステムの利用申請はこの同意の上で行なうものとし、利用申請が行なわれた時点でこの文書に同意したものとみなします。

大阪大学核物理研究センター計算機室(以下「計算機室」という。)は以下の利用目的のため個人情報を取得する必要があります。計算機室は、個人情報保護のため、個人情報保護に関する法令等の諸規定を遵守し、以下の通り取り扱います。欧州経済領域(EEA)在住の方(以下「EEA在住者」という。)から取得する当該個人情報については、個人情報保護に関する法令、EU一般データ保護規則第2016/679号(General Data Protection Regulation : GDPR)等の諸規定を遵守し、以下の通り取り扱います。計算機・ネットワークシステムの利用申請はこの同意の上で行なうものとし、利用申請が行なわれた時点でこの文書に同意したものとみなします。

1. 個人情報の利用目的
計算機室は、利用申請により取得する個人情報を計算機・ネットワークシステムのアカウント管理のため、以下に記載の利用目的の範囲内で利用します。
・利用者個人の特定：氏名、所属、住所、身分、メールアドレス
・利用者への連絡：電話番号
・安全保障貿易管理：国籍、居住地、居住開始日

2. 個人情報の管理
計算機室は、取得した個人情報を適切に管理し、利用目的及び法的要件に基づき設定した期間保存するとともに、個人情報の漏洩、減失または毀損等の防止のため必要な措置を講じます。

3. EEA在住者の権利
あなたの個人情報について、以下の取扱いを希望される場合は計算機室(consult@rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp)までご連絡下さい。また、あなたの居住するEEA加盟国の監督機関に対して苦情を申し立てることもできます。

Researchers who are conducting experimental or theoretical research of nuclear physics in a broad sense, including interdisciplinary areas, are entitled to use the RCNP computer and network system. Those who belong to RCNP are also allowed to use it. A qualified user must be at least one of the following;
 1. An employee (including part-time), a graduate student, or a researcher belonging to RCNP.
 2. A joint user of RCNP.
 3. A short-term visiting researcher of RCNP.
 4. A user admitted by the RCNP director.

The use of the RCNP computer and network system is limited to the following purposes.
 1. To conduct the research mentioned above.
 2. To operate RCNP.
 3. Specific use admitted by the RCNP director.

You must agree that you will use the RCNP computer and network system exclusively for the purposes described above. You must agree that you will comply with the treaties which Japan has concluded, laws of Japan, regulations of Osaka Prefecture and Ibaraki city, and rules of Osaka University and RCNP to use the RCNP computer and network system. You must register your personal information such as affiliation, position, contact address correctly, and keep it updated. You must agree that your email address(es) are registered on the mailing list (ml-cn-users@rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp) and you receive information related to the RCNP computer and network systems while you maintain your account. Your account may be suspended without notice when the computer and network administrator decides that the above conditions are not satisfied, or on the security reasons.
You must agree to the above terms and conditions. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the RCNP computer and network system. By applying your account, you agree to the terms and conditions.

The computer and Network group of the Research Center for Nuclear Physics, Osaka University (CN Group) collects personal information for the purposes described below. To protect personal information collected on residents of the European Economic Area (hereafter referred to as “EEA Residents”), CN Group follows laws and ordinances governing the protection of personal information and the provisions stipulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).” By applying your account, you agree to this consent form.

CN Group uses personal information obtained by this application solely for account management, as described below.
To specify the individuals: name, affiliation, address, position, e-mail

2. Management of personal information
CN Group appropriately manages the personal information it collects. CN Group maintains the information for a period set based on the information’s use and legal stipulations. It takes necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, and damage of the information.
