Candidates seeking endorsement by the Michigan Democratic Jewish Caucus or Michigan Jewish Democrats Federal Action Fund must complete and submit the following form to the best of their ability. Endorsement applications must be received by July 1st, 2020 to be considered for the August primary, and by August 29th, 2020, to be considered for the November general election.
