Reservation for Unicity Hostel (Wisma Li Hua)
The Unicity Apartment (Wisma Li Hua) which was previously called as UCTS hostel is specially designed for students.  

Every room is fully furnished with super Single Bed (3.5 feet), table, chair, and wardrobe for each individual, with the attached bathroom and toilet.  The apartment provides high-security services with:
1) 24/7 CCTV in common areas such as corridors, lifts, and lobby.
2) 24/7 security guard station at the lobby to monitor students in-out.
3) Card access to main door entrance, lift, and room.

Besides, the apartment also provides other support facilities:
1) 2 main lift
2) 2 units of water dispensers on each floor
3) Laundry hall (6 washers and 6 dryers) at Rooftop, Level R
4) Huge Multi-purpose hall at Rooftop, Level R for discussion or assignment

The Unicity apartment is located in the compound of UNI City and can accommodate about 460 students.  UNI City is a one-stop commercial center, fully covered by a roof with surrounding shop lots, strategically located along Jalan Wawasan, Sibu, about 1 to 1.5km from University of Technology Sarawak (UTS) Kolej Laila Taib (KLT) & Woodlands International.

  1. Complete the reservation process by filling out the provided Google Form.

  2. The SDSC team will add the applicant's name and roommate details (if applicable) to the reservation list.

  3. Within approximately two weeks prior to registration, the SDSC team will email the applicant the allocated room details, including the room number, and instructions on obtaining the room card.

  4. The payment details, including the bank account information and payment methods, will be communicated to the applicant once the reservation is confirmed.

  5. For any further inquiries, the student can reach out via email after receiving the details mentioned in step 3.
