YASA National Advisory Board Application
YASA, the Youth as Self Advocates Project of Family Voices, is seeking youth with a disability and/or chronic health care need, between the ages of 13 and 26 to serve on the volunteer Advisory Board.

The YASA National Advisory Board is responsible for strategic planning for this project, and implementing activities and outreach. YASA works to help support youth to control their lives and future through peer-support and training. We also work on changing systems, and educating youth about their rights.

Please let us know of any accommodations you may need in the application and interview process. Please email Matthew Shapiro with your needs or questions at: matthew@familyvoices.org
