Boston School Forest Winter Educator Internship 2023
Thank you for your interest in the Winter Education Internship at the Boston School Forest. You will be responsible for helping 4th graders learn about ski equipment and technique, and then head out on our beautiful trails through the woods.  Prior experience with cross country skiing is not required, but is helpful. You will also help with, co-teach and/or teach the Wisconsin lumberjack history program and take the kids sledding.

Dates of this program run January 3rd – January 2oth, 2023. The hours are 8:45am-2:45pm with a 30 minute lunch (bring your own lunch).

Although this is an unpaid internship, interns completing the 90-hour internship will receive a letter of recommendation and valuable experience to include on your resume. This is a great opportunity for pre-service teachers and environmental education majors/minors.

Feel free to email Karla Lockman, Program Leader with any questions, or if you wish to attach your resume or other application materials. Email: klockman@pointschools.net  Phone: 715-345-5526
