We are announcing the 25th+ Anniversary Conference and Celebration of The Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program® -- being held at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA from November 12-14, 2023. For this anniversary, our theme is:
A Global Mosaic: 25+ Years of Transformation from the Inside-Out.
We hope to recognize, honor, and share the best of what we have all achieved so far across our global network. This event will provide a space for us all to inspire -- and be inspired by -- others as we move into the next 25 years of Inside-Out, continuing to build a powerful legacy of transformation in the world.
NOTE: This form includes multiple screens, some requesting more detailed information. Also -- if you replied to a prior questionnaire about potential submissions, please be sure to fill out THIS FORM, as it asks for much more detail. You will receive an automatic reply when your submission is received.
Please note that you CAN return to the form later to make adjustments / additions / etc. If you don't have enough information to fill out the entire form at this time, just fill out as much as you can, so that we have an idea of what we need to plan for as we further develop the schedule.

Through these sessions, we hope to combine the best aspects of Inside-Out’s pedagogy and creativity in order to share our work with one another across the global network.
We invite you to submit a proposal that addresses one or more of the following topic areas and themes that may be related to your work:
- Pedagogy: Settings, Models, Partnerships, Novel Program Designs
- Innovations in the Classroom: Exercises, Reflective Activities, Facilitation Strategies, Lessons Learned, etc.
- Think Tank Experiences and Activities
- Student Work and Experiences
- Creative / Artistic Contributions
- Evaluation, Research, Impacts, and Ethical Protocols & Considerations
- Other
Proposals may be submitted by educators, practitioners, and/or Inside-Out alumni (current or former, inside or outside).
