- All accommodation costs, travel, relief and insurance remain the responsibility of the conference delegate.
- SASSPA will not be held responsible for the theft or loss of any property or goods of seminar delegates.
- SASSPA reserves the right to alter any arrangements, guest speakers or cancel the event.
- A full refund will be given to cancellations received by email to the State Treasurer at treasurer@sasspa.org.au by close  of business Monday 31 July 2023. No refunds will apply after this date.
- Please be aware that there will be photographs taken at the event
