AGA Volunteerism Survey
This survey is part of a Capstone project for my Industrial-Organizational Psychology Masters program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). The goal of the project is to investigate what the core factors affecting volunteerism in the AGA are and come up with solutions to minimize the gap between the current and desired levels of volunteerism. The purpose of this survey is to determine what hypothesized factors are significant based on the perspective of the general member body.

Answers provided on this survey will be seen only by the researcher (me) and remain confidential. The entire survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. If you have any questions, please email Justin at just7@umbc.edu.

Please complete the survey by April 21st to be entered into a raffle for 14 free Go World magazines (US only; shipping included) and/or a free game review by Justin Teng (AGA 6d). Once the project is completed, a general discussion of the results will be shared in a follow-up article (late May or June) in the AGA E-Journal.

Please read the following consent agreement and select "Yes" to continue to the survey.
