Knowing what you know today, what is the most likely option you hope to utilize for your children for the 2020-2021? Note: A summary of these options are provided in the Return to Learn/Return to Open plan.

It is our hope that our children can return to the traditional school environment, with COVID-19 mitigating measures in place.

It is our hope that the district offers a hybrid model of learning where students alternate learning between home and school in order to limit the number of students at school at any one time.

We plan to keep our children at home and access remote learning activities offered by the district.

We plan to keep our children at home, and will provide learning for them through Homeschooling or learning through an online, public school program.

If the district does not feel it is safe to return to a traditional learning environment at school at the beginning of the year, please rank the other options in the order of preference for your family (1 is the option you prefer the most, 3 is the option you prefer the least): *

Remote/Continuous Learning where students are learning remotely at home on a full-time basis.

Hybrid/Blended Learning where students are at school every other day, and learning at home every other day (exception: Elementary students will go to school each day for one-half of the day).

Homeschooling or other non-district options like accessing learning through an online, public school program

I support the wearing of face coverings by students and staff while at school (Note: An outline for what the wearing of face masks may look like during the school day for students of different ages is provided in the Return to Learn/Return to Open plan).
