Kansas Thespians, Inc. provides no refunds. The only way to get your money back is to find someone else to take your place and that individual pays you back for money owed. Kansas Thespians, Inc. charges a fee for substitutions. In case of cancellation or inclement weather, Kansas Thespians, Inc. provides NO REFUNDS for registration, food, workshops, et. al.; as fees are encumbered in advance to Century II, Hyatt, Stagehands Unions and various vendors who provide services for our conference. All registration materials will be sent to sponsors who elect not to attend during inclement weather. To prevent schools and their students from losing funds with the possibility of cancellation or hazardous weather, it is recommended that students purchase a trip insurance plan from any reputable online site to guarantee that their fees may then be returned to them by an insurance carrier. *

Students who consume drugs/tobacco/alcohol, are under the influence of drugs/tobacco/alcohol or are in the possession of drugs/tobacco/alcohol will be returned home at the expense of the parent on the first violation. Parents will be contacted immediately, and the student will be expelled from participation in all FS Theatre related activities in the subsequent season. *
