Application for Craft Fairs being held at the 940 junction located at 1879 Route 940 Pocono Pines PA. We will be hosting a craft fair once a month on Saturday & Sunday running from 11am - 4pm. Set up will be at 10am and all booths need to be broken down by 5pm. The cost is $12 for one day and $20 for both days. Vendors will be provided a 10x10 space in our parking lot. You will be required to bring your own table and chairs. WIND can be an issue so please keep that in mind when setting up your booths and have something to weight down your tents/canopies. By filling out this application you are agreeing to the scheduled date and cost for the event. If you have any questions please contact Demi or Geoff at the Junction. There are 11 vendor spots available each day. This is a rain or shine event. 

Grounds Rules:
Provide your own tables and tents that utilize a 10x10 space
Arrive at 10am for set up and have break down completed by 5pm each day of the event
Properly dispose of GARAGE, CIGARETTE BUTTS, FOOD, ETC. in the provided OUTSIDE trash bins
Provide payment in the method you choose after being contacted letting you know you are in the event
Be there for the days you selected or provide adequate notice if you will be unable to attend.

Cancellations will be refunded 7 days or prior of the selected event. Any cancellations after that cut off or no-shows will not be refunded.  

Please be advised the wind is strong at the shop. Make sure you bring ways to weight down your tent accordingly. You will be set up in a gravel parking lot and stakes will not be much help. The Junction is NOT LIABLE for any product damage or theft.

Filling out this application does not guarantee your spot. Spots are secured once confirmation email is received and your payment is in.
