2022 St.Charles Craft Fair Application

Greeting Crafters!  

It’s time to reserve your booth space for the St. Charles Craft Fair. St. Charles Craft Fair provides vendors a high traffic environment for selling quality hand crafted items. This year’s fair is Saturday, Nov. 5th from 8:30am until 2pm. Set-up will be available Friday night from 6pm -8pm and Saturday from 7:00am-8:30am. 

The price of an 8ft booth space is $45 until September 1st.  After September 1st the price will be $55 per booth.  The allowed booth space is approximately 8 ft x 4 ft to allow shoppers room to safely navigate their way through the fair.  The craft fair committee reserves the right to refuse space to anyone.

Please make a check out to St.Charles and write "Craft Fair" on the memo line.

Although we do our best to give you your first or second choice on location, please note that it is not always possible. Those who return their application before September 1st will have their choice of obtaining their prior year’s spot (please indicate this on your application) but after September 1st booths will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Every space is unique. Prompt return of application and payment will improve your chances of getting the space you desire.  Please note that we are using the same layout as last year.  Therefore we are not using the Parish Hall and some of the back hallways.
