Rising 8th Grade Scheduling Form
Fill out this form with a parent/guardian by APRIL 1, 2022. This form, along with teacher and administration approval, will be used to place students in the following classes.

Please note that "successful completion" indicates that the student received a C or higher on the pre-requisite and scored above average (C or a 4/5) on the appropriate end-of-course test. The grade must be a C or higher or we will not grant HS credit for the class.

In compliance with our mission, we believe all 7th and 8th grade students should be exposed to a variety of arts-based elective courses. Therefore, students may only elect a certain music elective if they have a desire to be part of a group ensemble. All electives are crafted for the beginning student in mind.
