Due to COVID-19 and current government restrictions on meeting as a whole church family, our 2020 AGM and annual declaration of commitment to Church By the Bay sign up will be done a little differently this year. Please find the partners form/declaration below.

Upon prayerfully considering your decision to commit to Church By the Bay as a church partner, please sign the form (by writing your name), best email contact and the date and ticking yes or no. If you would like a hard copy of this declaration to sign please let me know and I can make arrangements with you directly (Fiona 0422 376 397).

By the grace of God and in His strength, I now declare my intent to commit myself to this covenant community by:

1. Worshiping God with my whole life, seeking to mature my discovery and application of His revealed truth (Mark 12:29-31, Hebrews 4:12-13).
2. To grow discipling relationships in smaller places that are transparent, honest and examinable (Hebrews 10:25, Ephesians 4:2, 1 Peter 1:21-23, Romans 8:27).
3. To prayerfully submit to the leadership of CBtB, recognising that mutual submission preserves unity, brings blessing and matures us (Ephesians 4:13, Colossians 1:27, Hebrews 13:17, 1 Peter 2:13).
4. To display the Gospel of Jesus in word and action by the power of the Holy Spirit, working to see the justice of God's Kingdom for all people (Matthew 28:19-20).
5. To give of my financial means systematically, joyfully, sacrificially and lovingly, recognising that such giving does something for God, others and myself (2 Corinthians 8:1-15, 9:6-15).
6. To grow and mature CBtB through the talents and spiritual gifts God has given me, committing myself to find my place of contribution to Our mission and ministry as a church (Ephesians 4:4-13, 1 Corinthians 12:7).

To do all this within the context of prayer, thankfulness and hospitality as we live to the glory of God who has called us out of darkness into His marvellous light (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Romans 12:13, 1 Peter 2:9).
