Screening is available at the Titusville Area Hospital in the Speech Department.  Please register your child  below and you will be contacted with an appointment time and date.

You will be contacted with an appointment time and date.  The appointment will be on the first floor of the Titusville Area Hospital, in the Speech Department.  Please enter through the hospital's main entrance and follow the signs. There will be a designated waiting area outside the Speech Therapy room.  A therapist will let you know when to come into the screening room.
