ATS may collect a fully refundable check for $100. The check will be returned at the time of check in (on time check in).

Terms and Conditions *
This is a registration form, final order is determined by the ATS committee. We encourage group performances, the bigger the group the chances of acceptance is high. All details are mandatory without which the program will not be considered for registration. ATS events committee reserves the right to decline any program request based on program content, time duration, slot availability, etc. The order of the events decided by the ATS events committee will be final. ATS may use the pictures taken at the event in any of the ATS publications including website, newsletters, communications etc. Registration will close as soon as the slots fill up and limited slots available.
