Thank you!
Event Setup Volunteers

This position is great for people that like to hustle, wake up early, and make the magic happen! Setup volunteers tasks include: help participants load in their tents and tables to ensure on time set up. This could include hanging signage, setting garbage stations, setting up bubble and other activity stations, and other tasks necessary to ensure a safe and smooth event. Some jobs will require lifting of 20-30 lbs, such as helping participants carry tents and folding tables, but accommodations can be made for those uncomfortable lifting that type of weight. Eight setup shifts available.
Floater

Floaters fill in where needed as the day progresses. We think we have anticipated all of our needs and expect all volunteers to show-up, but sometimes the unexpected happens and these positions are essential to a successful event. Two of each shift available.
Event Operation Volunteers
The Operation Volunteers will assist the Event Managers with anything that needs to happen during the event, such as passing out bubbles, handling any small tasks like checking on vendors, helping with the stage, etc. This is a great position for people that want to interact with musicians and performers, enjoy the crowds, meet the vendors, and enjoy the entertainment throughout the day! This is also a great position for anyone with limited mobility, or who would prefer a longer shift that is mostly seated. Eight shifts available.
Teardown Volunteers

As crucial as setup volunteers, our teardown volunteers are very important to making sure the event is a success. Teardown volunteer duties include: helping to break down tents, tables, and chairs and ensuring that we are all packed up at the end of the event, helping take down any signage, aiding any community group that may need help buttoning up their activation, and helping vendor vehicles safely enter and exit the zone as participants load up their equipment. This job may require lifting 20-30 lbs, but accommodations can be made for volunteers uncomfortable lifting that type of weight. Eight evening shifts available.
Information Booth Volunteers

Information Booth volunteers help attendees learn about all the fun things to do at the event! Hand out  stickers, answer questions about the different participants and stage programs, and let attendees know the mission behind the event. Information Booth volunteer positions are well suited for volunteers that like to chat, sit in the shade for the majority of the day, and talk shop about Shoreline! Three of each shift available.
